The Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures Jetty Gala, is the newest premium dining event on our festival program. Debuting in 2021, it is a gala style cocktail event set amongst the stunning waters & mangroves of Broome’s world famous Roebuck Bay.

Join us for an evening on the newly constructed Town Beach Jetty, for a paired tasting experience under the stars, like no other!

Tantalise your tastebuds with a menu that celebrates Kimberley delicacies, including pearl meat & seasonal produce, complimented by a selection of local beverages & feature cocktail menu. Completing perfect evening, you’ll be treated to a surprise local performance & live music.

Your ticket includes a selection of curated cocktail-style dishes, plus an open bar featuring a selection of signature cocktails, local beers & WA wines.
