Khanh Ong is returning for Shinju’s premier event, the Shinju Matsuri Sunset Long Table Dinner on spectacular Cable Beach.

Indulge in an opulent night dining under the stars, while Khanh curates and delivers this year’s menu alongside Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach.

Khanh Ong’s culinary journey is deeply rooted in his family traditions, which he passionately showcases through his cooking. He has become a beloved figure on television, not just for his cooking skills but also for his charismatic presence and relatable storytelling. He appeared on season 10 of MasterChef Australia in 2018 and again in 2020 for All Stars: Back to Win. He’s also competed on Australian Survivor and most recently on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

Renowned as one of the most exclusive dining tables in WA, every year the Sunset Long Table Dinner is the most anticipated Shinju Matsuri event.

Featuring an exciting menu, inspired by Broome’s rich cultural tapestry, will showcase local ingredients & seasonal produce from the region.

Enjoy entertainment by local & touring musicians & performers throughout the evening, before finishing the night with a dance in the sand under the Kimberley sky.

Please note: For a preferred seating arrangement with fellow guests, we recommend booking your tickets together. In the event that you are unable to secure tickets together, please reach out to event organisers at least two weeks before the event date via hello@shinjumatsuri.com.au to convey your seating preferences. We will do our best to accomodate, however seating requests are not guaranteed.

Dress Code: Cocktail or formal beach attire…be prepared to take your shoes off & feel the sand between your toes!
