Khanh Ong is returning for Shinju’s premier event, the Shinju Matsuri Sunset Long Table Dinner on spectacular Cable Beach. Indulge in an opulent night dining under the stars, while Khanh curates and delivers this year’s menu alongside Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach.
Khanh’s culinary journey is deeply rooted in his family traditions, which he passionately showcases through his cooking. He has become a beloved figure on television, not just for his cooking skills but also for his charismatic presence and relatable storytelling.
He appeared on season 10 of MasterChef Australia in 2018 and again in 2020 for All Stars: Back to Win. He’s also competed on Australian Survivor and most recently on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
WA Deputy Premier and Minister for Tourism, the Hon. Rita Saffioti MLA, said it was fantastic to have Khanh return to Broome for the much-loved festival.
